Leadership

Charles joined Surgere in 2019 bringing an immersed expertise in electrical and systems engineering, research and development, operations, and financial acumen. Charles helped build Surgere’s exceptional team and continues to lead the company to develop state-of-the-art products, enhance the discovery process in solution architecture, and integrate data into tracking systems as part of Surgere’s Interius Platform.

Previously, he was the CIO for a manufacturing business, where he led production automation, systems integration, and supply chain improvement.  Additionally, he has 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry at Lockheed Martin as a circuit designer, systems engineer, and director of advanced programs for various projects, including GPS ground control stations, laser-based missile jammers,  and advanced cruise missile guidance.  He is a graduate of the University of Akron, with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
