Lisa Richmond heads our HR function. Lisa has brought her passion for people, policies, and procedures to help grow and develop our HR part of the business. She led all efforts during the pandemic to ensure our team members and their families remained safe and complied with state and local officials.

Previously, Lisa was a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellness Programs, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the US. She played a key role in organizational changes, employee benefits and professional development programs. Lisa holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University. She has a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
