Roger is a veteran in supply chain operations and logistics. He oversees our operations organization and has successfully established the operations workflows by emphasizing training and initiating reports. He brings a wealth of knowledge (28 years) to the industry to challenge and grow supply chains using innovation and IoT technology. He serves as a strong strategic planner for our business and financial decisions.   

Previously, he was the Department Manager of Supply Chain, where he managed more than 2,000 associates at two manufacturing plants, oversaw thousands of truckloads of materials, and more than 6 million parts. Roger is a graduate of Marshall University where he earned a BA in Finance.
